The Site and Services are owned and operated by PrimeSwifts LLC (“PrimeSwifts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a U.S.‑registered limited‑liability company.

By accessing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Site or Services, you (“you,” “user,” or “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Purchases & Delivery

  1. Digital Product – We currently sell an educational ebook (“No Bound Ads”) and supplementary digital materials.

  2. Payment Processing – Payments are processed through third‑party payment providers. By purchasing, you agree to their terms and any applicable fees.

  3. Delivery – After successful payment, download links or account‑access details are delivered electronically to the email address you provide at checkout.

4. Refunds & Guarantee

We offer a 14‑day money‑back guarantee:

  • Follow the steps in the guide and contact support@noboundads.com if you need help.

  • If we cannot assist you in gaining access to your own agency ad accounts within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse refunds requested after the 14‑day window or where misuse or abuse of the guarantee is suspected.

5. License & Use

Upon purchase you receive a single‑user, non‑transferable license to access and use the digital materials for your personal or internal business purposes only. You may not:

  • Share, resell, or redistribute the materials.

  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices.

  • Use the materials to create competing products.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Content for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or computer systems.

  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site’s operation.

  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity.

7. Disclaimers

The guide is provided for educational purposes only. PrimeSwifts LLC makes no guarantees regarding advertising‑platform approvals, account longevity, or financial results. Use of advertising platforms remains subject to each platform’s policies. You are solely responsible for compliance and for all outcomes arising from your implementation of the guide.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimeSwifts LLC, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeSwifts LLC from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third‑party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
